Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first run, ensure you have tied the laces to provide a secure lockdown across the midfoot. These shoes are compatible with most standard aftermarket running insoles if you require custom orthotics. To maintain the life of the shoes, remove them by untying the laces rather than stepping on the heel, as this preserves the structural integrity of the heel cup. After muddy or dusty runs, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, which can degrade the midsole foam.
