FAQs
How often should I replace the refill?
Replace the refill when it shows signs of wear, becomes less effective at cleaning, or develops an odor. This typically depends on the frequency and intensity of use.
Can I use these refills on my non-stick pans?
No, these general-purpose refills are not recommended for use on delicate or non-stick surfaces as they may cause scratching or damage.
How do I clean the refill?
After each use, rinse the refill thoroughly under running water to remove food particles. Allow it to air dry completely.
Do I need to buy a special handle for these refills?
No, these refills are designed to fit all standard Dishmatic handles. If you don't already own a handle, you will need to purchase one separately.
What does the antibacterial protection do?
The antibacterial feature helps to inhibit the growth of bacteria on the refill itself, contributing to a more hygienic cleaning experience.
Are these refills recyclable?
Please check local recycling guidelines for proper disposal of cleaning product refills in your area.
Troubleshooting
Refill won't click into handle
Ensure the refill is correctly aligned with the handle's slot and is not obstructed. Try sliding it firmly until you hear a click.
Refill detaches during use
Verify that the refill was fully secured with a click. If the issue persists, the handle mechanism might be worn, or the refill might be faulty. Ensure you are not applying excessive force to delicate surfaces.
Poor cleaning performance
Rinse the refill thoroughly to remove debris. If performance does not improve, it is time to replace the refill with a new one.
