Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup (Application Steps)
- Clean Nails: Ensure nails are clean, dry, and free of any old polish or oils.
- Cuticle Care: Gently moisturize and push back cuticles.
- Base Coat: Apply one thin layer of nail base coat. Allow to dry completely.
- First Color Coat: Apply one thin, even coat of `LE VERNIS 153 Pompier`. Swipe the new flat, wide brush from the base to the tip of the nail.
- Second Color Coat: Once the first coat is dry to the touch, apply a second thin coat for enhanced color depth and longevity.
- Top Coat: Apply a clear top coat to seal the color, add extra shine, and prolong wear. Allow ample time for all layers to dry fully.
Compatibility
For optimal results, `Chanel Le Vernis` is designed to work synergistically with other CHANEL nail care products, specifically `L'HUILE CAMÉLIA` for cuticle care, `LA BASE CAMÉLIA` as a base coat, and `LE GEL COAT` as a top coat. While you can use it with other brands, using the recommended CHANEL system will provide the intended performance and finish.
Care & Storage
- Storage: Store the nail polish upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use to prevent drying out.
- Avoid Heat and Flames: As a precaution, keep the product away from any sources of heat or open flames.
- Shelf Life: While nail polish generally lasts a long time, its consistency can change over months or years. If it becomes too thick, it may be time for a new bottle. Do not attempt to thin with harsh chemicals unless specifically designed nail polish thinner is used.
