While the lunch box is durable, we recommend checking the manufacturer's specific temperature ratings or removing lids before heating to prevent warping.
Yes, each tier is designed with its own lid, allowing you to use either the top or bottom layer independently.
To prolong the life of the plastic and the locking mechanisms, hand-washing with mild detergent is strongly recommended.
Yes, the product comes with integrated cutlery stored within the top lid compartment.
The sauce container is designed to sit within the top lid assembly, providing a secure spot for dressings or dips.
Inspect the hinge points for food debris. Clean the edges of the lids and the locking clips to ensure a secure fit.
The tight seal is designed for leakproofing. Gently break the vacuum seal by lifting one corner of the lid before pulling it fully off.
To get the most out of your lunch box, ensure all lids are pressed down firmly before engaging the side snap-locks. When washing, prioritize hand-washing to maintain the integrity of the plastic and the snap-lock hinges. If the lunch box has held oily or highly pigmented foods, a quick rinse with warm soapy water immediately after use will help prevent staining. Always ensure all components are completely dry before stacking and storing the units together to prevent moisture buildup.
