Troubleshooting

Sand is too dry or too wet

If the sand is too dry, a tiny amount of water can be added. If it's too wet, spread it out to air dry. Ensure it's manageable for digging.

Clues are difficult to decipher

Adult assistance may be required for younger children to help read clues or solve codes. Ensure the lighting is adequate for viewing small details.

Color change not working on Spy Puppy

Ensure the water is sufficiently cold to activate the color change. Try dipping the doll in a bowl of ice water for a more dramatic effect. Ensure the doll is fully submerged.

Missing accessories

Carefully re-check all packaging and the sand. If an item is confirmed missing, contact the manufacturer's customer service.
