It is recommended to install the tray on a solid, level, and prepared subfloor. If installing over joists, a supporting structure or levelling compound may be necessary to ensure stability and prevent flexing.

Clean using a soft cloth with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive soap or bathroom cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth to avoid water spots.

Re-check subfloor and tray base. Use a spirit level and add support or levelling compound as needed before final sealing.

Ensure the tray is perfectly level and adequately sealed with silicone sealant. Check waste is not blocked and drainage is effective.

Check the waste trap and pipework for any blockages. Ensure the correct waste fitting has been installed securely.

Minor scratches may be buffed out with a non-abrasive polish designed for acrylic or ABS. Deep scratches may be permanent.
