Troubleshooting
Ink bleeding or feathering
Test your pen on a small, inconspicuous area of the card first. If bleeding occurs, opt for a different type of pen, such as a fine-tip marker or a ballpoint pen.
Card creased during shipping
While unlikely due to quality packaging, if a crease is minor, it can sometimes be smoothed out carefully. For significant creases, contact customer support.
Envelope doesn't seal properly
Ensure the adhesive strip is free from debris. Moisten the strip evenly if it is a peel-and-seal type. If the issue persists, a small piece of tape can be used.

Compatibility: The card is designed to be compatible with standard mailing practices when using the included premium envelope. For alternative postage, ensure the card and envelope combination meets postal service size and weight requirements. It is compatible with most common writing instruments, including ballpoint pens, gel pens, and markers, though testing a small corner with your specific pen is recommended to prevent ink bleed.
Care: To maintain the card's quality, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Handle with clean hands to avoid smudges on the surface. The premium paper should be kept flat to prevent creasing.
