Full details

Special Hobby 32087 T-2 Buckeye 1:32 Model Kit. The T-2 Buckeye jet trainer is a legendary aircraft in US naval aviation, serving with both the US Navy and Marines for an extended period. In Greece, its service life was even longer. Beyond the standard white and red color schemes, many US airframes featured striking colors, particularly in 1976 during the bicentennial anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, when numerous Buckeyes were adorned with various display schemes. Conversely, Greek aircraft were typically camouflaged, with only one at the very end of its service life painted in a commemorative scheme.
