Troubleshooting

Light will not turn on.

Ensure the power source (battery or AC adapter) is properly connected and charged/functional. Check if the power switch is in the 'on' position. Try a different power outlet or battery if applicable.

Light is dimming or flickering.

This may indicate overheating. Ensure the DynaVort Cooling System vents are clear of obstructions. Allow the unit to cool down if it feels excessively hot. Check power connections for stability.

Color temperature is inconsistent.

Reset the light settings if possible. Ensure the control dials are functioning correctly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

MAX mode not reaching full 100W output.

Verify that the power source can supply the required wattage for MAX mode. Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged or the AC adapter is rated appropriately. Allow the unit to stabilize before engaging MAX mode.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Zhiyun Fiveray V60 LED Tube is designed for straightforward setup. Ensure a compatible power source is connected, either via a separately available battery pack or the included AC adapter. Once powered on, use the control dials to adjust brightness and color temperature. The light can be mounted onto standard lighting stands or grip equipment using its integrated mounting point.

Compatibility: The V60 is compatible with standard 1/4"-20 mounting threads found on most tripods and light stands. Power compatibility depends on the specific battery or AC adapter used; consult the product manual for recommended power specifications.

Care: To maintain optimal performance, keep the ventilation ports clear of dust and debris. Clean the exterior of the tube with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish or internal components. Store the unit in a protective case or its original packaging when not in use to prevent physical damage.
