This easy-to-use base coat features a wide brush applicator for a flawless at-home manicure, eliminating the need for UV lights or curing. Achieve a durable, glossy finish by pairing it with Collection's Gel Effect Nail Polish and Topcoat. Benefits include an easy-to-use wide brush, no UV light curing required, prevention of chipping, and extended wear for your nail polish. It is also vegan. How to use: 1. Ensure nails are clean and free from old polish. 2. Trim nails and gently push back cuticles. 3. Apply one coat of Spotlight Shine Gel Effect Base Coat and let it dry. 4. Follow with 2-3 thin coats of your chosen Spotlight Shine Gel Effect colour, allowing each to dry. 5. Apply one coat of Spotlight Shine Gel Effect Top Coat and let it dry. 6. Remove with Collection 3 in 1 Nail Polish Remover when desired. Ingredients: Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Phthalic Anhydride/Trimellitic Anhydride/Glycols Copolymer, Sucrose Benzoate, Camphor, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Panax Ginseng Root Extract.
