Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Due to their considerable weight, it is recommended to decide on the final placement of the urns before filling them with soil or decorative elements. Ensure the surface is level and stable to prevent tipping. If using on a soft lawn, consider placing a paving slab underneath to distribute the weight.
Compatibility: These urns are compatible with a wide range of plants suitable for container gardening. They are also designed to be placed on plinths or directly on hard surfaces like patios, decks, or gravel.
Care: To maintain their appearance, gently clean the urns periodically with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or power washers, which could damage the finish. In areas prone to heavy frost, ensuring the urns are not completely filled with water (e.g., by drilling drainage holes if using for plants or leaving space at the bottom if purely decorative) can further protect them. Check for any moss or algae growth, especially in shaded areas, and clean as needed.
