DeWalt Mesh Sanding Disc - 125mm - 320 Grit - 5 Pack

Grit size depends on the material and desired finish. Start with a coarser grit for initial material removal and switch to finer grits for a smoother finish. See the grit size recommendations on the packaging.

The DeWalt Mesh Sanding Discs are compatible with random orbital sanders that use a hook and loop system. Ensure the disc size matches your sander's specifications.

Rinse the discs with water to remove debris. Let them air dry completely before reusing them.

The lifespan of the discs depends on usage and material. The mesh design and silicone carbide grain allow them to last much longer than standard sandpaper.

The mesh design allows for superior dust extraction, preventing clogging and leading to a cleaner work environment and a smoother finish.

These discs are designed for dry sanding. Using them for wet sanding may damage the disc and reduce its effectiveness.

Silicone carbide is a harder abrasive than aluminum oxide, offering a longer lifespan and better performance, especially on hardwoods and tougher materials.

Ensure you are using the correct grit size for the material and consider reducing the sanding pressure. Clean the disc with water and allow to dry.

Check the disc's attachment to ensure it is secure. Inspect the disc for damage and replace it if necessary.

Apply even pressure during sanding and ensure the sander is moving smoothly across the surface.
