This set of two Bar Bespoke Pool Ball Tumblers is designed for cue sports enthusiasts and lovers of distinctive barware. The key benefit is its unique, conversation-starting design that combines playful character with everyday functionality. A potential caveat is that the embedded pool ball might affect comfort for those with very specific grip preferences. FAQs

Are these tumblers dishwasher safe?

Hand washing with mild soap and warm water is strongly recommended to maintain the quality and longevity of the handcrafted glass and embedded pool ball. Dishwasher use is not advised due to potential damage.

What is the capacity of each tumbler?

Each tumbler has a generous capacity of 350ml (approximately 11.8 fluid ounces).

What is the pool ball made of?

The embedded pool ball is a 35mm Black No. 8 pool ball, seamlessly integrated into the glass during the handcrafted process.

Can I use these for hot beverages?

These tumblers are designed primarily for cold or room-temperature beverages. Using hot liquids is not recommended due to the risk of thermal shock and potential damage to the glass.

How should I clean the embedded pool ball area?

When hand washing, use a soft sponge or cloth and mild soap to gently clean the exterior. The embedded design means the ball is sealed within the glass and does not require separate cleaning.

Are there other colors or designs available?

This particular product is the Bar Bespoke Set of 2 Sports Fan Pool Ball Tumbler in Black. Please check the brand's offerings for other potential designs or color variations.

What is the warranty period for this set?

Please refer to the specific warranty information provided with your purchase or contact the retailer/manufacturer for details on the warranty period and coverage.

Troubleshooting

Glass appears cloudy after washing.

This may be due to mineral deposits in your water or dishwasher detergent. Try washing by hand with a mild vinegar solution and rinse thoroughly. Ensure you are using a gentle soap and not overloading the dishwasher if you choose to use it.

Minor imperfections in the glass or ball.

As these are handcrafted items, slight variations and minor imperfections are part of their authentic character and are not considered defects. If you find a significant flaw, please refer to the product warranty.

Tumbler feels unbalanced.

The embedded pool ball is designed to provide a stable base. Ensure the tumbler is placed on a flat, even surface. If you find it consistently unbalanced, there might be an issue with the manufacturing; contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These tumblers require no setup; they are ready for use straight out of the packaging.

Compatibility: Fully compatible with all standard beverages, including spirits, cocktails, juices, water, and soft drinks. They are designed for cold and room-temperature liquids.

Care Instructions:

Hand Wash Recommended: To preserve the integrity of the embedded pool ball and the clarity of the glass, hand washing with mild soap and warm water is strongly advised.
Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Do not use harsh scouring pads or abrasive cleaning agents, as they can scratch the glass surface or damage the embedded element.
Air Dry: Allow the tumblers to air dry completely or gently pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Dishwasher Caution: While some users may opt for a dishwasher on a delicate cycle, it is not recommended by the manufacturer due to the risk of thermal shock, potential damage to the embedded ball, or clouding of the glass over time.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose the glasses to extreme temperature fluctuations (e.g., placing a hot liquid into a cold glass or vice versa) to prevent potential cracking.
