Product Information

Full details

The Le Toy Van Alphabet Set and Bag is an ideal educational tool for parents and educators seeking to introduce early literacy to toddlers and preschoolers. This set offers the key benefit of tactile, hands-on learning through 60 colorful wooden letters that help children recognize the alphabet and practice word formation. While the set is excellent for building fine motor skills and encouraging creative play, it is important to note that the small wooden tiles represent a potential choking hazard for infants, so direct supervision is required for younger children.

FAQs

Are all 26 letters of the alphabet included?

Yes, the set includes 60 wooden tiles, allowing for multiple of each letter to help spell out a variety of words.

What kind of paint is used on the letters?

The letters are finished with child-safe, water-based stains.

Can the letters be used in water play?

No, these are solid wood toys and should be kept dry to prevent damage.

Are the materials sustainable?

Yes, the product is made from FSC-certified wood, which promotes responsible forest management.

Troubleshooting

Letter finish looks dull or dusty.

Wipe the letter lightly with a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth to remove dust and restore the shine.

The cotton bag has collected debris.

Empty the bag completely and turn it inside out to shake out loose dirt. If necessary, hand wash the bag in cold water and hang it to dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

There is no complex setup required for this product; simply remove the letters from the cotton bag to begin. To maintain the quality of the wood and the integrity of the water-based paint, store the set in a cool, dry place inside the provided bag. Avoid leaving the wooden tiles in direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading. If the pieces become soiled, wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth and allow them to air dry completely before placing them back in the bag. Avoid submerging the wooden tiles in water, as this can cause the wood to warp or the finish to degrade.
