Troubleshooting
Torch does not turn on.
Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and have sufficient charge. Replace with fresh LR44 batteries if necessary. Check that the battery compartment is securely closed.
Projected image is blurry or dim.
Ensure the room is sufficiently dark. Adjust the distance between the torch and the projection surface; closer for sharper focus, further for larger image. Clean the lens gently with a soft cloth.
Image is upside down or reversed.
Some projections are intentionally reversed to appear correctly on the wall. If the image appears completely incorrect, ensure the disk is inserted fully and in the correct orientation.
Story disk is difficult to insert or remove.
Ensure you are using the correct disk and that it is aligned properly with the slot. Do not force the disk; if resistance is met, check alignment and try again gently.
