The Baby Limus is Challenge's all-round CX tyre, perfect for constantly changing conditions. Wet sand, sticky mud, or even dry, fast hardpack, the Baby Limus is ready for anything. It features a versatile tread for excellent grip and speed in all conditions, a 300TPI SuperPoly casing for an incredibly smooth and supple ride, and a handmade folding bead casing with PPS puncture protection. Its smart rubber compound offers excellent grip and durability. This tyre is not tubeless compatible. Designed to be the most versatile CX tyre around, the Baby Limus takes inspiration from its Limus sister tyre but is shrunken down to offer less rolling resistance, making it more assured on hard-packed surfaces. The PPS puncture protection ensures toughness for tough CX courses, while the handmade SuperPoly casing provides the elegantly supple ride characteristic of Challenge's handmade tyres. SMART Compound - Gravel specific tread compound for traction and durability. SuperPoly polyester is a synthetic fibre stronger and softer than nylon and resistant to water. Challenge's SuperPoly casings are the more affordable handmade tyres. PRO series tyres are 220/260/300tpi depending on model. They are almost as supple as the Corespun Cotton but far softer than Nylon. The casing is impervious to water and so make the best value handmade tyres. PPS Ganzo - A higher level of puncture protection utilising a multi-component fabric strip with a tighter weave that still remains flexible.
