Troubleshooting
Car seat not securing properly with ISOFIX
Ensure the ISOFIX connectors are fully extended and clicked into the vehicle's anchor points. Check that no obstructions are between the connectors and the anchor points. Re-push the seat firmly against the vehicle seat after connecting.
Child appears uncomfortable
Adjust the headrest to the correct height, ensuring it is level with the child's shoulders. Utilize the recline function to find the most comfortable position. Ensure the width adjustment is not too tight.
Seat belt not lying flat on child
Re-thread the seat belt, ensuring it passes through the correct belt guides on the car seat and lies flat against the child's body without twisting.
Covers are difficult to remove or reattach
Refer to the product manual for specific instructions on cover removal and reattachment. Ensure all clips and fastenings are aligned correctly.
