Troubleshooting
Missing pieces
While rare due to manufacturing quality control, if you believe pieces are missing, double-check the puzzle area and packaging thoroughly. Ravensburger typically offers a missing piece service; consult their official website for details.
Difficulty identifying similar pieces
Use a sorting tray or trays to separate pieces by color, pattern, or edge type. Work on smaller, distinct sections of the image first, such as individual characters or background elements, before attempting to connect them.
Pieces do not fit snugly
Ensure you are using pieces from the correct area of the puzzle. Ravensburger pieces are precisely cut; a poor fit may indicate an incorrect piece is being used.
