The Haden Contact Grill is an ideal kitchen appliance for home cooks who prioritize convenience and speed, making it perfect for preparing paninis, meats, and vegetables. Its primary benefit is the versatile design that allows it to open fully flat for a larger cooking area, though users should note that the integrated drip tray requires consistent monitoring during high-fat cooking to prevent overflow.

No, metal utensils will scratch and ruin the non-stick coating. Please use silicone, plastic, or wooden spatulas.
While the tray is removable, we recommend hand washing it in warm, soapy water to maintain the integrity of the material.
Generally, it takes 3 to 5 minutes for the unit to reach cooking temperature; wait until the ready indicator light illuminates.
It is best to defrost meats and vegetables thoroughly before grilling to ensure even cooking and food safety.
Yes, it is equipped with adjustable temperature settings to help you manage heat levels for different food types.
Ensure the grill is properly preheated before adding food and lightly brush the plates with a small amount of cooking oil.
Check that the power cord is firmly inserted into a functional wall outlet and that the power supply is active.
Excess grease or food residue on the plates can cause smoke. Clean the plates thoroughly and ensure the drip tray is empty.
To set up, place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance for the lid to open. Always ensure the drip tray is correctly positioned beneath the grease channel before plugging the unit in. For daily maintenance, allow the plates to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft sponge or cloth with mild detergent to wipe the non-stick plates; avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads, as these will damage the coating. Always ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning.
