Troubleshooting

Plush appears misshapen after shipping

Gently squeeze and fluff the plush to restore its original shape. The soft material is designed to bounce back.

Surface dirt or minor stains

Spot clean the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a clean, damp cloth and allow to air dry.

Loss of softness over time

Gentle surface washing as described in the care instructions can help revive the plush's softness. Avoid machine washing or drying.
