FAQs

Is this cover sold as a pair?

No, the Cult Tackle DPM Car Seat Cover is sold as an individual unit.

Can I use this on seats with side airbags?

This cover is not recommended for seats with integrated side-impact airbags as it may interfere with deployment.

Is the material waterproof?

Yes, it is designed to protect your upholstery from mud and wet gear.

How do I store it?

Each cover comes with a dedicated carry bag for compact, convenient storage.

Can it be machine washed?

It is recommended to wipe it down with a damp cloth to maintain the integrity of the waterproof backing.

Troubleshooting

The cover slips off the seat base frequently.

Ensure the elasticated hem is fully tucked under the seat base and not caught on adjustment levers.

The fit feels loose on my specific seat model.

Check that the headrest strap is pulled tight and consider using an aftermarket seat anchor clip to keep the base section in place.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Protects upholstery from mud and water
Universal elasticated fit works on most seats
Quick and easy to install or remove
Compact storage with included carry bag

Cons

Sold as a single unit rather than a pair
May bunch on heavily bolstered sport seats
Not intended for seats with integrated side-impact airbags

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, ensure the seat is clear of obstructions, then slip the cover over the headrest and stretch the base elastic until it is secure under the seat cushion. This cover is compatible with most standard car and van seats. To maintain the life of the fabric, shake off loose dirt after every use and store it dry in the included bag. If the cover becomes heavily soiled, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing to preserve the waterproof backing.
