Do I need a box spring with this bed frame?
No, this ottoman bed frame is designed to support your mattress directly and does not require a box spring. This can simplify setup and reduce costs.

What types of charging ports are included?
The headboard includes convenient Type-C and USB charging ports for easy access to power your devices.
What is the weight capacity of the ottoman storage?
While a specific weight capacity for the storage is not provided, the robust metal and wood frame ensures significant durability and support for stored items.
Can the hydraulic lift mechanism be installed on either side?
The hydraulic lift mechanism is typically pre-configured for one side during manufacturing and cannot be easily switched. Please refer to the assembly instructions for specific orientation.
How do I clean the beige velvet upholstery?
Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment. For stains, use a fabric-specific cleaner for velvet, testing in an inconspicuous area first. Avoid excessive moisture and harsh chemicals.
Troubleshooting
Ottoman lift mechanism is stiff or not opening smoothly.
Ensure the mattress is not obstructing the lift. Check that all frame components are securely fastened and aligned. Lightly lubricate moving parts if necessary, following manufacturer guidelines.
LED lights are not working.
Verify that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the bed frame and a working electrical outlet. Check the remote control battery and ensure it's properly inserted. Try re-pairing the remote if applicable.
Charging ports are not functioning.
Confirm the bed frame is powered on. Ensure the connected device's charging cable is functional. Check the power source to the bed frame; try a different outlet if necessary.
Bed frame squeaks during use.
Check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened. Identify the source of the squeak (e.g., frame joints, headboard) and apply lubricant if appropriate, or re-secure loose parts.
Under-bed storage compartment does not close properly.
Ensure no items are obstructing the compartment. Check that the mattress is positioned correctly and not interfering with the closing mechanism. Verify the hydraulic arms are not bent or damaged.
