As part of the Cloudsteppers collection, these shoes provide exceptional underfoot cushioning and impact absorption, making them ideal for long shifts or casual city walking. FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
No, it is recommended to spot clean the shoes with a damp cloth to protect the foam technology and structural components.
Can I replace the footbed with custom orthotics?
The Solevana features a proprietary PillowSoft footbed. Replacing it may alter the intended fit and cloud-like cushioning performance.
What is the effective heel height?
The Solevana Strap has a heel height of 40mm, providing a subtle lift while maintaining a stable base.
Are these suitable for wide feet?
The signature toe-box fit is designed to accommodate natural toe movement, offering more room than standard fashion shoes, though they are categorized for standard widths.
Do I need to break them in?
Thanks to the soft materials and ergonomic design, these shoes are generally comfortable out of the box with minimal break-in time required.
Troubleshooting
Strap feels loose after a few hours of wear
The straps are designed for adjustability; simply re-tighten the closure to restore the intended level of support.
Foot feels slightly cramped at the end of the day
Adjust the strap to provide more room and ensure you are wearing the correct sock thickness, taking advantage of the roomy toe box design.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To get the most out of your Solevana shoes, ensure you adjust the strap to your preferred tension upon first wear—it should be snug but not restrictive. These shoes are best paired with casual trousers, jeans, or skirts. For care, keep the breathable uppers clean by gently wiping away surface dirt with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh industrial cleaners, as this can degrade the specialized foam cushioning. Air dry them away from direct heat sources like radiators to maintain the integrity of the materials.
