The 5 Star Office Retractable Gel Rollerball pens are ideal for office professionals, students, and frequent writers who require a consistent and smudge-free writing experience. These pens offer the reliability of a medium-point gel ink system, making them a high-value tool for daily notes and documentation; however, users should note that the medium 0.7mm tip may feel thicker than fine-point alternatives if you prefer ultra-thin lines.

The pen features a 0.7mm tip, which produces a 0.4mm line width.
The ink is formulated for standard office use; while it is quick-drying, it is not explicitly labeled as archival or waterproof.
This model is designed as a standard retractable pen and is generally considered disposable once the ink is exhausted.
The ink is designed to dry quickly to minimize smearing, making it suitable for most standard writing tasks.
Yes, because the ink is quick-drying, it is much less likely to smear under a left-handed writer's palm compared to standard ballpoint pens.
Scribble in small circles on a scrap piece of paper to encourage the gel ink to flow back to the tip.
Ensure the clicking mechanism has fully released; check that no debris is lodged in the tip aperture.
Check the paper surface for oils or dust, which can interfere with the gel ink flow.
These pens are ready to use straight out of the box. Simply click the top plunger to extend the metal tip. To ensure longevity, always retract the tip when the pen is not in use to prevent the gel ink from drying out or causing damage if dropped. Store pens in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While the ink is designed for standard paper types, avoid using them on glossy surfaces where the ink may have difficulty adhering.
