FAQs

Does this holder fit all motorcycle handlebars?

It is compatible with handlebars ranging from 22mm to 32mm in diameter, which covers the vast majority of standard motorcycle handlebars.

Can I use this with a thick phone case?

The adjustable 4-corner system is designed to accommodate most smartphones, but very thick ruggedized cases may require removal for a perfect fit.

Is the phone holder waterproof?

The holder itself is weather-resistant, but it does not provide an enclosed waterproof seal for your electronic device.

Will the grip damage my phone?

No, the holder features silica gel rubber pads that protect your device from scratches and provide a soft, grippy surface.

Can I mount this vertically and horizontally?

The mount is designed for a fixed orientation; check the ball joint or swivel features during setup to see if your specific installation angle allows for rotation.

Troubleshooting

Mount rotates on the handlebar during use.

Ensure the clamping screw is fully tightened. If the handlebar diameter is on the smaller end of the spectrum (22mm), ensure any provided rubber shims are installed for a snug fit.

Device feels loose in the grip.

Verify that all 4 corners are fully engaged in the locking arms and re-check the one-touch tension adjustment to ensure it is locked into the correct size setting.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation is straightforward and requires no specialized tools. Simply loosen the handlebar clamp, position the mount onto your handlebar, and tighten the screw until the mount is immovable.

Compatibility:

  • Fits handlebars ranging from 22mm to 32mm in diameter.
  • Suitable for most standard smartphones and portable Sat Nav devices.

Care Instructions:

  • Periodically check the mounting hardware to ensure it remains tight after long rides.
  • Clean the silica gel pads with a damp cloth if they accumulate dust or road debris to maintain optimal grip.
  • Avoid using harsh chemical solvents on the plastic frame to prevent material degradation.
