Custom media not playing on LCD

Verify that your files are in the correct format (JPG or MP4) and stored properly on the MicroSD card used for the playback module.

Poor thermal performance

Ensure your fans are oriented to push air through your radiators and check that your fan curves are set to accommodate the lack of forced chassis airflow.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Building in the MasterFrame 360 requires careful planning. First, mount your motherboard—ensuring compatibility with standard or back-connect (BTF) layouts—before installing radiators to maintain easy access to standoffs. Use the included PCIe 5.0 riser cable to mount your GPU vertically, ensuring the connection is secure. For maintenance, because there is no enclosure, you should use compressed air or a soft anti-static brush on your components at least once a month to prevent dust buildup on heatsinks and the LCD interface.
