FAQs

Can I replace the batteries?

No, the batteries in these Jibbitz charms are non-replaceable.

Are these safe for toddlers?

No, these are not toys and are strictly not intended for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of battery ingestion.

Will these fit on any shoe?

They are designed specifically for Crocs footwear with standard ventilation ports.

Are they waterproof?

While they are made for everyday wear, you should avoid submerging them in water to prevent damage to the internal light mechanism.

How many charms are in the pack?

This set includes 5 individual dinosaur-themed LED charms.

Troubleshooting

Light does not activate when walking

Ensure the charm is pushed firmly into the shoe hole so it experiences the full impact of movement. If the issue persists, the battery may have reached the end of its life.

Charm keeps falling out of the shoe

Check that the back plug of the Jibbitz charm is fully seated through the ventilation port. If the port is stretched, try placing it in a different, tighter hole.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Adds a fun, interactive light-up element to shoes
Easy to install and swap out
Durable construction for active kids
Mix and match 5-piece set for custom looks

Cons

Batteries are non-replaceable
Not intended for children under 3 years old
May be distracting in quiet environments like classrooms

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation is simple: hold the charm at a 45-degree angle and push the base firmly into the shoe hole until you hear a click. To remove, push the charm out from the inside of the shoe through the hole; never pull from the top, as this can damage the charm. These charms are compatible with most Crocs clogs and sandals that feature standard ventilation holes. Keep them away from water submersion to protect the internal LED electronics, and always ensure they are fully seated in the port to prevent loss during active play.
