The Nutriment Freeze Dried Beef Raw Topper is designed for dog owners seeking a convenient way to enhance their pet's meals with the benefits of raw nutrition. Its key advantage is providing a protein-packed, nutrient-dense boost without the mess or defrosting required for traditional raw food. A potential consideration is its concentrated nature, requiring mindful portioning to avoid overfeeding.

Freeze-drying removes water from fresh ingredients under vacuum. This process preserves the food's nutritional value, natural flavors, and textures without the need for artificial preservatives, creating a shelf-stable product.
The amount depends on your dog's size, activity level, and overall diet. Start with a small sprinkle (e.g., 1-2 grams) and observe your dog's reaction and adjust as needed. Consult your veterinarian for personalized dietary recommendations.
No, this product is intended as a topper to enhance existing meals. It is not a nutritionally complete and balanced meal on its own.
Raspberries can support a healthy immune system. The blend of botanicals, including turmeric and black pepper, is included to support healthy joints.
Once opened, the pouch should be resealed tightly and stored in the refrigerator. It is best to use the product within 48 hours of opening to maintain freshness and quality.
While it provides excellent nutrition, it's always best to consult with your veterinarian before introducing any new food product, including toppers, to a puppy's diet to ensure it meets their specific growth and developmental needs.
Unopened pouches have a long shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please refer to the 'best before' date printed on the packaging for the most accurate information.
Introduce the topper gradually over several days, starting with a very small amount and increasing slowly to allow your dog's system to adjust.
Ensure the topper is fresh. Try slightly moistening the dog's regular food before adding the topper, as the freeze-dried pieces can sometimes be dry.
This may indicate exposure to moisture. Ensure the pouch is properly sealed after each use and stored in a dry environment. For opened pouches, refrigeration is recommended.
Setup: No setup is required. Simply open the pouch and sprinkle the desired amount onto your dog's food.
Compatibility: This topper is compatible with all types of dog food, including kibble, wet food, and raw diets. Always ensure the total diet remains balanced for your dog's specific needs.
Care: Store the unopened pouch in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the pouch tightly and store it in the refrigerator. Consume within 48 hours of opening for optimal freshness and safety. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
