Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This gas grill requires assembly. Follow the provided instructions carefully to connect all parts, including the burners, grates, side tables, and wheels. Ensure all connections are secure before use.
Compatibility: The grill is designed to use an LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) tank. Ensure you have a compatible LPG tank and the necessary regulator connection (typically included with the gas supply or grill). It operates on gas fuel.
Care: To maintain performance and longevity:
- Cleaning Grates: After each use, while still warm, brush the cast iron grates with a grill brush. For deeper cleaning, remove them and wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly and apply a light coat of cooking oil to prevent rust.
- Grease Tray: Empty and clean the removable grease tray regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential flare-ups.
- Exterior: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the finish.
- Storage: Store the grill in a dry, protected area when not in use, especially during harsh weather conditions. Covering the grill can offer additional protection.
