FAQs

Is NUXE Super Serum 10 suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, the formula is designed to be universal and gentle, but we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner arm if you have highly reactive skin.

Can I use this serum with other actives like retinol or vitamin C?

Yes, Super Serum 10 is generally compatible with other skincare actives, but it is best to wait a minute between applications to allow for proper absorption.

How long will one 50ml bottle last?

With daily use of approximately half a pipette morning and night, a 50ml bottle typically lasts between 2 to 3 months.

Does this product replace my moisturizer?

While the serum is hydrating, it is a treatment product. Most users will still require a moisturizer over the top, especially in dry climates or during winter.

Can I use this around the eye area?

The product is formulated for the face and neck; avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Troubleshooting

Serum feels slightly tacky after application

You may be using too much product. Reduce the amount to a pea-sized drop and ensure the skin is fully dry before application.

Microbeads aren't melting fully

Ensure you are massaging the serum into the skin with warm fingers; the warmth from your skin helps the botanical oil beads break down effectively.
