The Berghoff Leo Cutting Board is an ideal solution for home cooks in small kitchens who prioritize space-saving design without sacrificing quality. Featuring a durable bamboo surface, it provides a stable area for everyday chopping tasks like slicing vegetables or preparing ingredients, while also doubling as an elegant serving platter for cheeses and charcuterie. Its primary caveat is that it is not dishwasher safe, meaning it requires mindful hand-washing to maintain its material integrity.

Yes, the product is covered by a 5-year warranty period.
Apply a coat of food-grade mineral oil or bamboo oil to the surface and let it soak in overnight.
Rub the surface with a half-lemon and coarse salt, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse and dry.
The Berghoff Leo Cutting Board requires minimal setup; it arrives pre-seasoned and ready for immediate use. To maintain the life of your board, never submerge it in water or place it in the dishwasher, as this will cause the bamboo to warp or crack. After each use, wash the board with warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly before hanging it up. To keep the surface in top condition, apply a food-grade mineral oil or cutting board conditioner every few months to prevent the bamboo from drying out or absorbing moisture.
