Setup: Preparing Aptamil Anti-Reflux Milk
- Wash Hands: Always wash your hands thoroughly before preparing a feed.
- Sterilize Equipment: Sterilize all feeding equipment (bottles, teats, caps) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Boil Water: Boil fresh tap water. Leave it to cool for no more than 30 minutes, ensuring it is still at least 70°C. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
- Measure Water: Pour the required amount of cooled boiled water into a sterilized bottle.
- Add Powder: Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of level scoops of powder to the water. Refer to the feeding guide on the packaging. Do not press the powder.
- Mix Well: Immediately replace the cap and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Cool Quickly: Cool the bottle under cold running tap water or in a bowl of cold water until it is lukewarm (check temperature on your wrist).
- Serve: Feed immediately. Discard any unused feed within one hour.
*Note*: Because of the thickening agent, you may need a faster flow teat or a variable flow teat to ensure your baby can feed comfortably.

- Age Range: Suitable for infants from birth up to 12 months.
- Dietary Needs: Specifically formulated for babies experiencing frequent reflux and regurgitation.
- Medical Advice: Always consult a healthcare professional before initiating or changing your baby's formula, especially with specialized formulas like anti-reflux.
Care and Storage
- Unopened Powder: Store the unopened pack in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
- Opened Powder: Once opened, reseal the tin tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 4 weeks.
- Prepared Formula: Prepared feeds should be given immediately. Discard any remaining feed after one hour. Do not reheat or refreeze prepared formula.
