The noblechairs HERO is rated to support a maximum weight of 150 kg (330 lbs).
While the armrests are adjustable, they are integrated into the structural design of the chair and are not intended to be removed for daily use.
No, this model uses a high-tech, durable polyurethane (PU) vinyl that is designed to be easy to clean and highly wear-resistant.
Yes, the 60mm wheels feature a polyurethane coating specifically designed to be gentle and quiet on both hard and soft flooring.
The backrest can be adjusted between 90 degrees and 125 degrees.
Check all under-seat bolts and re-tighten if loose. Applying a small amount of silicone lubricant to the tilt mechanism can often solve friction noises.
Locate the adjustment screws under the seat pan that hold the armrest brackets and ensure they are fully tightened.
Ensure the tension knob under the seat is loosened to allow for an easier tilt, and verify that the recline lever is fully engaged.
Assembly of the HERO series is straightforward, involving the attachment of the backrest to the seat base and connecting the mechanism to the aluminum wheelbase. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during assembly to prevent future squeaking. For daily care, the high-tech vinyl is designed to be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the protective finish. To maintain the mechanism, check the bolts every six months to ensure they remain firm, and avoid exceeding the 150 kg maximum weight capacity to preserve the integrity of the gas lift.
