Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Dyzi baking pan remains in excellent condition, always grease the interior lightly with butter or a small amount of oil before adding your batter. Avoid using metal utensils, knives, or scouring pads, as these can permanently damage the non-stick coating; instead, use silicone or wooden spatulas. After use, allow the pan to cool completely before washing it in warm, soapy water. Avoid the dishwasher, as the high-heat cycle and harsh detergents can degrade the non-stick properties over time. Store the pan in a dry, cool place, ideally with a soft cloth or paper towel between it and other pans to prevent scratching the finish.
