Sealey Fork Terminal - Red - 3.7mm

The Easy-Entry design features a funnel-shaped opening that guides the wire strands into the terminal more easily, reducing the chance of stray strands and ensuring a cleaner, more reliable crimp.

This red Sealey fork terminal is designed for wire sizes between 22 AWG and 18 AWG.

The 3.7mm opening is equivalent to a 4BA thread size, commonly found on M4 screws or posts.

Yes, a dedicated crimping tool, preferably a ratcheting type designed for fork terminals, is required to ensure a secure and lasting connection.

It is not recommended. Using wires outside the specified range can lead to poor connections, potential failure, or damage to the terminal or wire.

Each pack contains 100 Sealey Easy-Entry Fork Terminals.

When properly crimped with the correct tool, these terminals provide a secure connection suitable for many applications, including those with moderate vibration. For extreme vibration, additional securing methods may be considered.

Ensure you are using the correct wire gauge (22-18 AWG) for this terminal and that your crimping tool is appropriate for fork terminals and set correctly. Verify the wire is fully inserted before crimping.

Ensure the wire is stripped cleanly and to the correct length. The easy-entry design helps minimize this, but careful insertion is still recommended.

Confirm that the screw post is indeed 3.7mm (4BA) in diameter, as this terminal is specifically sized for it. Check for any obstructions on the screw post or within the terminal's fork.
