The IGAD Solar Panel and Window Cleaning Kit is designed for homeowners and facility managers who need a safe, ladder-free solution for cleaning solar arrays, high windows, and exterior surfaces. By utilizing a water-fed telescopic pole system, this kit restores efficiency to solar panels and maintains window clarity with minimal physical strain. While the system is highly effective at ground-level maintenance, users should note that the reach and water flow require careful handling and space management, especially when the pole is fully extended to its 18-foot maximum.

Yes, the kit is designed for solar panel maintenance; however, ensure the power system is turned off during the cleaning process for safety.
Use mild, non-abrasive, and eco-friendly glass cleaners that are safe for both solar panels and the environment.
The pole should never be used near power lines or electrical sources as it may conduct electricity.
Simply unscrew the current brush head from the pole fitting and attach the new one, ensuring the water jet connection is secure.
The system is intended for use with standard tap water; avoid using boiling water as it may damage the seals and plastic components.
Depending on your local climate and dust levels, cleaning every 3 to 6 months is generally recommended to maintain optimal efficiency.
Check for kinks in the 33-foot supply hose and ensure the faucet is fully opened.
Ensure the soap dispenser lid is tightened correctly and verify that the dispenser valve is in the 'on' position.
Clean the locking collars of any grit or debris and ensure they are tightened fully before use.
Ensure you are using a gentle, residue-free soap and rinse thoroughly to remove all cleaning solution.
Setup begins by extending the telescopic pole to the desired length and locking the segments firmly. Attach the preferred brush head, then connect the hose assembly to your outdoor spigot using the universal tap adapter. After use, it is critical to flush the soap dispenser with clean water to prevent clogs and extend the life of the internal tubing. Always rinse the brush bristles thoroughly to remove debris that could scratch surfaces during the next cleaning session. Store the pole in a dry area and keep it collapsed when not in use to prevent bending or damage to the locking mechanisms.
