Troubleshooting
Pieces don't fit together well
Ensure you are using pieces from the correct section of the puzzle. Double-check that the pieces are oriented correctly and that no foreign debris is obstructing the fit. Ravensburger pieces are precision-cut, so a snug fit is expected.
Missing a piece
Carefully re-examine the completed sections and the surrounding area. Check under furniture or in the box for any stray pieces. Ravensburger typically has a missing piece service, so you can contact their customer support if a piece is genuinely lost.
Puzzle image is difficult to see
Ensure you have adequate lighting. The premium paper finish is designed to minimize glare, but strong direct light can still cause reflections. Try adjusting your light source or viewing angle.
