Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Roll the mat out in the opposite direction it is curled and leave it in the sun for a few hours. Alternatively, place heavy objects on the edges overnight.
Mat appears dirty after washing
Ensure you are using an appropriate amount of detergent and that the washing machine's rinse cycle is effective. For stubborn dirt, a pre-rinse with a hose or scrubbing with a brush might be necessary before machine washing.
Mat is slippery on the floor
Ensure the floor surface underneath is clean and dry. The anti-slip properties are most effective on clean surfaces. For extremely smooth floors, consider a thin non-slip rug pad underneath.
Color seems faded
While designed for durability, prolonged direct exposure to harsh UV rays can eventually cause fading. Consider rotating the mat or using it in a slightly more shaded area if possible.

- Light Cleaning: For minor dirt, shake the mat outdoors or use a stiff brush.
- Hosing Down: For a more thorough clean, simply take the mat outside and hose it down. Allow it to air dry completely.
- Machine Washing: For deep cleaning, the mat can be washed in a washing machine. Use a gentle cycle with cold water. Do not use bleach.
