Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the saw is unplugged or the battery is removed before blade installation.
- Select the appropriate reduction ring for your saw's arbor size if needed. The standard bore is 30mm.
- Mount the blade onto the saw's arbor, ensuring the cutting direction arrow on the blade aligns with the saw's rotation.
- Secure the blade using the saw's locking mechanism.
Compatibility:
This blade is compatible with various cordless circular saws, including mitre saws, plunge saws, and handheld circular saws, provided the arbor size matches (with or without reduction rings).
Care:
- Keep the blade clean from dust and debris, especially from abrasive materials.
- Avoid dropping the blade or subjecting it to impact, which can damage the PCD teeth.
- Store the blade in a dry place to prevent rust, although the ProteQtion coating offers significant protection.
- If the blade becomes dull or performance degrades, it typically indicates the PCD teeth have worn significantly and the blade needs replacement. PCD blades cannot be resharpened.
