Full details

The Fora Eco Slim Round Pot is designed for gardeners seeking a stylish, sustainable, and practical solution for their plants. Its key benefit is the blend of eco-friendly materials with a modern aesthetic, offering durability and ease of use. A potential caveat is its specific slim dimensions, which may not suit all plant types or aesthetics. This pot is crafted from recycled plastic and natural wood, making it lightweight yet robust. Available in multiple colors and sizes, this pot provides a sophisticated look for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

FAQs

What are the exact dimensions of the pot?

The pot measures Dia:250 x H:480mm.

What is the pot made from?

It is made from recycled plastic and up to 33% natural wood.

Are there drainage holes in the pot?

The main pot typically does not have pre-drilled drainage holes to prevent soil leakage. The detachable plastic inserts can be modified or used in conjunction with a drainage layer within the pot.

Can this pot be used outdoors?

Yes, the pot is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and is durable enough to withstand various weather conditions.

How do I clean the pot?

Clean the pot with a damp cloth. Mild soap can be used for tougher dirt. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Does it come with a saucer?

The product description mentions detachable plastic inserts, but not a separate saucer.

What colors are available?

This specific model is 'Natural'. Other Fora Eco pots are available in different colors.

Troubleshooting

Pot appears to be leaking.

Ensure the detachable plastic insert is properly seated and not cracked. If the main pot body is damaged, consider replacing it.

Surface shows minor discoloration.

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn marks, a gentle scrub with a non-abrasive sponge may help. Allow to air dry.

Detachable insert is stuck.

Gently wiggle the insert while pulling upwards. If it's very tight, try running a little water around the edge to loosen it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Environmentally friendly construction using recycled materials.
Durable and long-lasting for repeated use.
Modern and elegant slim round design.

Cons

The slim profile might not be suitable for plants requiring very wide root systems.

Color options are limited to those specified by the manufacturer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup: To set up your Fora Eco Slim Round Pot, simply remove it from its packaging. The pot includes detachable plastic inserts; ensure these are correctly placed if you intend to use them for drainage or as a liner. No assembly is required.

Compatibility: This pot is compatible with a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants. Its dimensions are suitable for plants that benefit from deeper root space. It can be used with standard potting soil and plant fertilizers. For outdoor use, ensure adequate drainage, especially in regions with heavy rainfall.

Care: To clean the pot, use a damp cloth with mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which could damage the finish. Ensure the pot is completely dry before storing it to prevent mold or mildew. The recycled plastic and wood composite is designed for resilience, but prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals is not recommended.
