Full details
This Mira Flight Safe Rectangular Shower Tray (1600 x 700mm) is designed for homeowners seeking enhanced safety and modern aesthetics in their bathroom. Its key benefit is an advanced anti-slip surface that significantly reduces the risk of slips, while its durable, easy-to-clean construction ensures long-term satisfaction. A potential consideration is that riser kits are sold separately, requiring an additional purchase if a raised installation is needed. The tray combines a minimalist, ultra-slim profile with robust acrylic capped stone resin and BioCote clean technology.

Check the Rapid-flo waste for any blockages. Ensure the waste trap is correctly installed and sealed. Verify that the tray is installed level.
Surface appears dull or dirty despite cleaning
Ensure you are using a non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning. If stubborn marks persist, consult the manufacturer's specific cleaning recommendations.
Small chips or scratches on the surface
Contact the manufacturer or a qualified installer. Minor imperfections may be repairable, but significant damage may require tray replacement.
Water pooling around the edges

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation should ideally be carried out by a qualified professional to ensure a secure and watertight fit. Ensure the subfloor is level and sound. The tray can be installed directly onto a solid floor or, if required, with a compatible riser kit (sold separately).
Compatibility: This tray is designed for standard shower enclosures and plumbing configurations. Check dimensions (1600 x 700mm) against your available space and existing shower enclosure. The included waste is designed for standard UK plumbing connections.
Care: Clean the tray regularly using a mild detergent and a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface or the BioCote treatment. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning. The BioCote technology helps reduce bacteria and mould, but regular cleaning is still recommended for optimal hygiene.
