The Likewise Rugs & Matting Favourite Dogs Doormat is designed for pet lovers and homeowners looking for a practical, durable solution to trap dirt at high-traffic entrances. Featuring a playful dog motif and a robust natural coir construction, it excels at scraping debris from footwear before it enters your home, though its textured surface may require more frequent attention in areas with very heavy mud.

Yes, it is designed for entrance areas, but it will last longer if placed in a sheltered position out of direct, heavy rainfall.
Maintenance is simple: shake the mat vigorously, brush off loose debris, or use a vacuum cleaner to draw out trapped dirt.
No, this coir mat should not be put in a washing machine. Spot cleaning or vacuuming is the recommended method.
Like most natural fibre products, prolonged direct sunlight may cause some colour variation over time, but the design is intended to remain vibrant for regular home use.
With a pile height of 15–17 mm, ensure your door has sufficient clearance before purchase, as it is thicker than standard synthetic mats.
Ensure the floor is clean and completely dry before placing the mat, as dust or moisture can reduce the grip of the PVC backing.
Natural coir products often shed initially; regular vacuuming or shaking outside will help remove loose fibres and settle the pile.
To begin using your mat, simply place it on a clean, dry floor surface at your entrance. The PVC backing is designed to grip common flooring types like tile, wood, or laminate.
