This deluxe set features a clever adjustable rising table that transitions from a low coffee table to a functional dining height, offering structural durability thanks to its powder-coated alloy aluminum frame. While the set provides significant comfort and flexibility, potential buyers should note that it arrives flat-packed and requires assembly, and cushions must be stored indoors or under a protective cover during wet weather to maintain their condition.

FAQs

Can I leave the cushions out all year?

No. To maintain the quality of the cushions, they should be stored indoors or protected with a waterproof cover during rainy weather or throughout the winter.

Is the table height adjustable at any point?

Yes, the rising table can be locked at any height between 48cm and 70cm.

What should I do if the furniture arrives damaged?

Check the product carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, mark it on the receipt and contact the supplier immediately to initiate a replacement.

Does the set include a warranty?

The manufacturer provides support for assembly, missing parts, or quality issues. Contact their after-sales team, and they will respond within 24 hours.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

The covers are removable and designed for easy maintenance, but it is recommended to wash them gently to avoid damaging the fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

The furniture is delivered flat-packed. You will need basic tools to assemble the frame sections. Since the set is made of alloy aluminum, the components are relatively manageable, but it is recommended to have a second person assist with the assembly of the sofa sections.

Compatibility:

The set fits best in medium-to-large outdoor spaces. Ensure your patio area is level to prevent the table or sofa sections from wobbling.

Care:

  • Cushions: While designed for outdoors, the cushions should be stored indoors during heavy rain or winter months to prevent water saturation and mold growth.
  • Frame: Wipe down the powder-coated frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that could strip the protective coating.
  • Storage: If the set is left unused for long periods, it is highly recommended to use a high-quality, breathable furniture rain cover to protect both the cushions and the glass table top.
