Troubleshooting

Headboard is wobbly after installation.

Ensure all screws are fully tightened. Check that the adjustable legs are securely locked in their final position and that the divan base is level.

Screws do not align with divan bed holes.

Verify that you have a standard UK double divan bed base. Minor adjustments to the leg position might be possible; if not, consider alternative mounting methods or contact customer support.

Velvet fabric appears matted or has marks.

Try gently brushing the velvet with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the nap. For persistent marks, professional cleaning is recommended.

Missing components upon arrival.

Check the packaging thoroughly. If components are confirmed missing, please contact the retailer or manufacturer with your order details for replacements.
