Troubleshooting
Swing seems unstable after setup.
Double-check all connections, ensuring carabiners are fully latched and rope knots are tight. Verify that the hanging point is secure and not swaying independently.
Ropes are uneven, causing the swing to tilt.
Adjust the PE ropes using the built-in adjusters. Ensure both sides are set to the exact same length for a level seat.
Fabric cover shows signs of wear or fading.
While designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to intense UV rays can cause fading. Consider bringing the swing indoors or covering it when not in use during peak sun hours.
Difficulty detaching or reattaching the washable cover.
Locate the zipper or velcro fastening system around the edge of the cover. Gently pull or peel to detach, and align carefully when reattaching.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

- Attach the included tree straps securely around the chosen hanging point.
- Connect the carabiners to the loops on the tree straps.
- Thread the adjustable PE ropes through the carabiners and adjust them to achieve the desired seat height. Ensure ropes are of equal length for balanced swinging.

Care:
- The seat is made from waterproof Oxford fabric. Wipe clean with a damp cloth for minor dirt.
- For deeper cleaning, detach the washable cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle. Allow to air dry completely before reattaching.
- To prolong the life of the fabric and ropes, consider removing the swing during harsh weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, or prolonged intense sunlight).
