Designed for use on heavy duty fire doors in public buildings. Lubricated ball bearing washers provide a lifetime of smooth door operation making them ideal for use with door closers as they reduce closing friction. Fixings included. Fit with intumescent hinge pads (not included, sold separately product code 487385) when fitting fire doors to adhere to fire regulations. Suitable for 30 & 60 minute fire doors weighing up to 120Kg. Tested to 200,000 cycles. CE Approved - BS EN 1935.
