Yes, the precision ceramic and titanium blades are designed to be safe and smooth, making them suitable for body and intimate grooming when used with care.
For safety reasons, it is recommended to use the trimmer in cordless mode after disconnecting it from the charging dock or USB cable.
The device provides up to 60 minutes of cordless grooming time on a full charge.
Follow the instructions on the device interface; typically, this is done by holding the power button for several seconds until the lock icon appears on the LED display.
Without any comb attachments, the trimmer cuts to a length of 0.5mm.
Yes, the BarberBoss QR-2020D features a waterproof construction, making it safe for rinsing under water and use in the shower.
Clean the blade head under running water to remove built-up hair and ensure the blades are lubricated if necessary; verify that you are using the turbo mode for thicker areas.
Check if the travel lock is engaged. If it is not, verify that the battery is charged; try plugging the unit into the USB-C cable directly rather than using the dock to rule out dock contact issues.
Ensure the device is correctly seated in the charging dock or that the USB-C cable is fully inserted into both the power source and the trimmer.
Before the first use, ensure the device is fully charged using the provided docking station or a USB-C cable until the LED indicator reflects a full battery. To change length settings, snap the desired comb attachment securely onto the blade head. After each use, rinse the blades under running water to remove hair and debris. Periodically ensure the unit is fully dry before placing it back into the charging dock. When traveling, engage the travel lock via the interface to preserve battery and prevent the unit from turning on inside luggage.
