The Michelin Power Pure Scooter Tyre was the first quality scooter tyre to incorporate 2CT in the construction for greater grip and sports performance. First quality scooter tyre incorporating MICHELIN Two Compound technology (2CT) for greater grip and sports performance. Great grip thanks to MICHELIN's 2CT technology 2CT comprises a harder compound in the centre to cope with hard acceleration and braking, and a softer compound around the edges to maximise lean angle. This was the first scooter tyre incorporating MICHELIN Two Compound technology (2CT), initially developed for racing competition and the top sports bikes on the market. Longevity More durability thanks to the lightly grooved central band on the front and rear tyres: the MICHELIN Power Pure SC tyre has more rubber in the area which takes the most impact. Sport and racing This tyre maintains its great performance throughout its lifespan thanks to the tread pattern which originated from high performance Michelin sports tyres. Rubber compound knowledge developed from racing was adapted to balance grip versus wear.
