The BRIO World Advent Calendar 2026 is designed for young railway enthusiasts and collectors who want to add a festive touch to their imaginative play sessions. This calendar provides a delightful daily surprise throughout December, helping to build excitement for the holidays while expanding a child's toy railway world. While it offers high-quality, durable components, parents should note that it contains small parts that may not be suitable for children under the age of three without supervision.

Yes, BRIO railway products are generally compatible with most major wooden train track systems.
This set is recommended for children aged 3 years and up due to the presence of small parts.
The cardboard inner tray is designed to hold the 24 items, but it is primarily intended for the countdown experience rather than long-term storage.
The calendar focuses on accessories, figures, and festive vehicles rather than track expansion packs.
The BRIO Santa figures feature the classic posable design, allowing them to sit in trains and stations.
Ensure you are using standard BRIO World passenger wagons or engine cabs, as some specialized utility cars are not designed for seated figures.
Check the magnet for small metallic debris; if clean, ensure the polarity of the connection matches, as some older sets used different magnetic orientations.
To begin using the set, simply open the designated daily door to retrieve the accessory. The pieces are ready for immediate use and attach to all standard BRIO magnetic couplings. Regarding compatibility, the calendar works with all BRIO World railway sets produced to date. To maintain the quality of the wooden and plastic components, keep them in a dry environment and clean them only with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging wooden pieces in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this may damage the finish.
