The Neel Blue Table Cover in white is designed for event planners, homeowners, and party hosts seeking an elegant, protective solution for their furniture during gatherings. FAQs
Is the fabric machine washable?
While it is durable for event use, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth to maintain the integrity of the material.
Will this fit a round table?
This cover is specifically designed for rectangular tables measuring 138cm x 247cm; it may pool or look uneven on round tables.
Can I use this for a heavy-duty outdoor picnic?
Yes, it provides an excellent protective barrier for outdoor tables, though it is lightweight and should be secured with clips in windy conditions.
Does the white fabric appear transparent?
The material is designed to be opaque to ensure it effectively masks the surface underneath it.
How should I store the table cover?
For best results, roll the table cover onto a tube or fold it loosely to minimize deep creasing.
Troubleshooting
Visible wrinkles upon unfolding
Hang the tablecloth in a warm, humid environment for a few hours or use a garment steamer on the lowest setting.
Tablecloth slides on smooth surfaces
Use non-slip table pads or tablecloth clips to secure the edges to the underside of the table.
Persistent liquid stain
Gently dab with a mild fabric-safe cleaner and a soft cloth, testing in an inconspicuous area first.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Large size accommodates most standard event tables
- Effective barrier against surface scratches and liquid spills
- Clean, neutral white aesthetic fits any decor theme
- Lightweight and portable for easy transport to venue locations
Cons
- Material may show creases if folded for long periods
- White fabric may require spot cleaning if stained by dark liquids
- Best suited for temporary event use rather than permanent daily placement
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the tablecloth is straightforward: simply drape it over your table, aligning the corners to ensure an even hang on all sides.
Compatibility: This cover is designed for standard rectangular tables. It is recommended to measure your table dimensions before setup to ensure the desired drop length is achieved.
Care Instructions: To maintain the pristine white appearance, gently spot clean any spills immediately with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh scrubbing that might damage the fabric texture. If the cover becomes wrinkled, it is recommended to use a low-heat steamer or hang the cloth in a humid room to allow gravity to pull out creases. Store by rolling the cloth rather than folding it to prevent deep, hard-to-remove lines.
